National Caring Award Ceremony to Be Held During NAHC Conference

The 24th Annual Caring Award Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at the Opening General Session of the NAHC Annual Meeting & Exposition in Orlando, Florida. Join the NAHC organization from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. as NAHC President Val J. Halamandaris and former Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle present this year’s award to six youth and five adults who embody the spirit of caring.

Following the NAHC General Session, a benefit luncheon will be held to honor the Caring Award recipients and sponsors. Be sure to visit the Thornberry team at booth #329 to hear from Mike Little at Health Calls Home Health about his successes as a homecare provider and his caring team of clinicians. 

The Caring Institute has promoted the values of caring, integrity and public service since 1985. It was formed that year at the behest of Mother Teresa to celebrate selfless service, especially to the dying, disabled, and disadvantaged. Each year, the institute honors role models whose example uplifts us all and ennobles the human race. The Caring Institute is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
